This weekly virtual course meets Wednesdays in May, and shows you how to break negative patterns that hold you back. You’ll create healthy habits that lighten your outlook on life, and yourself.

WEEk 1 / Looking within
Week 1 is all about you. You’ll take a look at yourself and reflect on where you are today, and where you want to be, setting goals for the month.

Week 2/ stressors
On Week 2 we shift our focus to the stressors in our every day lives, evaluating our resources and developing tools to cope.

week 3/ mindfulness
Using tried and true techniques, we develop our mindfulness skills, and discover how it all connects back to our grit and resilience.

Week 4 / New Beginnings
We put together in Week 4. We create a plan to help you move forward mindfully, navigating stress and feeling confident under pressure.
Course structure
This is a month long, virtual event designed for you to learn as a group. Attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to access the materials for each day of class.
